Blog continues


Due to popular demand (thanks Peter), I will continue writing this blog.

Today I put on my running shoes for the first time in over a week. I ran four laps on Kasavuori, so the usual 12,xx km in an hour and twenty minutes.

I got a nasty blister on my toe, so I won't be running in a while. I will either get o my bike or go to the gym.

I will try to reach my goal of 83 kg asap. The lowest I've been was 83,7 kg just a few weeks ago, but the irregular diet and lack of exercise while traveling over the last three weeks has made me gain a few kilos. I think my weight will be around 85 kg tomorrow morning.
