Just as I expected, I did drop weight quite significantly. This morning the scale stopped at 103,0 kg.
Haven't been able to do anything this week and I'm still stuck with the cold. I really hope I can do something over the weekend, but in order for that to happen I mist feel a lot better in the morning than what I did today.
It's hard to try to keep a strict diet whily just sitting on the couch for a week. I've tried to cut down on my eating even more since I'm not working out.
