Well, no anaerobic today. I did go to the gym, but I really should've eaten something beforehand. I started with 30 minutes on the xtrainer, but started to feel really week after that. I didn't even have any strengt to do even a few things after the warmup, so I just came back home and had three toasted rye breads with ultralight salami, cheese and tsaziki.
A few hour later we decided to go and play badminton again. A hour ofbadminton, this time with a hr monitor. Heart rate stayed pretty low through the whole time and I seemed to burn only 450 kcal in the hour, so basically the same amount that I got in the 30 minutes of crosstrainer.
So all in all not as effective day as I hoped to do, but I'm still satisfied.
