Surprise. We didn't go to the gym today, but we decided to start playing badminton instead. We have ne badminton and tennis courts near our home and we went to check them out.
We played 70 minutes of badminton with my wife and it was a lot of fun. I haven't played badminton in 8 years, so it took a while to get used to, but man did we have fun! I pretty sure I'll be feeling this tomorrow on my forearm and legs. Too bad I forgor my (old) hr monitor home so I don't know what kind of effect that had.
Tomorrow will be a day for gym. I was hoping to get 8 workouts this week, but that means I would have to do two tomorrow. a run is not completely out of the question, but no promises.
