Today started with a few nice cups of coffee and a few hours of No Reservations. That was the fun part.
We decided to go for a family walk, me, my wife and our dog. We ended up walking for 1 hour and 43 minutes and covered 9,36 km. Almost right after coming back from the walk I went to the gym. 12 minutes on the crosstrainer, 10 sets of bench presses (4x5 with 70 kg, 4x8 w/ 50 kg and 2x10 w/ 40 kg), 2 sets of shoulders and 4 sets of abs.
For dinner I made us pasta carbonara, so right now I'm pretty stuffed. Now a few hours of Hercule Poirot, maybe if I really hate myself, I'll go for a run later tonight.
