OMFG! (31.10.2009)


Just when I decided to start updating this blog I noticed that there is men's body buildig on TV. I'm glad I already went to the gym since this is the most unmotivating stuff to watch. I seriously never want to resemble those people in any way. I want to be fit and strong, but still look like a human being. How in hell do the get so much muscle definition on their face?!? Good thing I ate those tacos for dinner, they should ensure that my workout today wasn't too effective. ;-)

Today then. 20 minutes on x-trainer, four sets of shoulders and pecs with dumbells, three sets of assisted pull-ups, lower back and leg presses. Finished with four sets of butterflies.
