This morning when I woke up I really felt the run from last night. Both calfs were really stiff and didn't feel good when I walked the dog. When I got home from work I was really tired and decided that today I really would rest. I did a little grocery shoping, ate goodfood, took a nap and just watched tv. I'm sure that tomorrow nothing can keep me away from the gym or from running.
I'm getting really excited about running, I'm already thinking that I might do, for example, Helsinki City Run next summer.
